What is your Shipping Policy?
Upon completion of your order you will be able to select your shipping method via UPS or USPS. Orders will are typically shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding US Federal holidays, providing the items are in stock. Please note that USPS Express orders only ship Monday through Friday until 4 p.m. Nutrahut will ship to a military address (APO/FPO) via USPS First Class or Priority mail with the understanding the delivery time from the military once shipped from Nutrahut. Nutrahut is not liable for any shipments that are lost by military mail. -Please note- due to instances of mail theft and customer fraud, Nutrahut will not be liable for lost or missing orders that have been shipped and delivered to the address that was provided. We will provide a tracking number in the case that you wish to file a police report for lost or stolen mail. Nutrahut appologizes in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What is your Return Policy?
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will excepted within 30 days. All unopened, unused and untampered with product(s)are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. Please note that the shipping and handling expenses both to and from the customer are not refundable. If at anytime prior to the shipping of your product you wish to cancel your order, a 5% processing surcharge will be applied.
